We will be restricted to only 3 members of staff at the most, at any one time and ONLY one customer (or Bubble) per stylist at any one time.

We will only have 3 workstations in use, with dividers between each station. We unfortunately will not be able to offer magazines or refreshments to anybody and our waiting area will have to be removed, meaning customers who arrive early will be asked to wait outside.

It will be Pre-booked appointments ONLY (NO walk-in services). Customers will also be expected to wear a disposable mask whilst visiting the salon.

Client guidance

Appointments can only be made by either calling the salon 01353 666690, Facebook messaging the salons Facebook page or by emailing the salon. [email protected]

No refreshments will be served and no magazines will be provided. If you require a drink or reading material, please bring your own.

Please only bring yourself to an appointment where possible! We are limiting the number of people inside the salon at any one time. Please bring a face covering to wear whilst in the salon. A disposable mask will be supplied for all colour/perm services, as we cannot guarantee these will not be tarnished.

When arriving at the salon you won’t be able to enter the salon, unless told to do so by a staff member! If somebody is already waiting please queue 2metres apart outside indicated by markings.

When entering the salon you will be asked to wear a face covering, if one is not already being worn. Our staff members will be wearing a mask and face shield to protect themselves. You will then be asked to wash your hands or sanitise them at the wash station, as will the staff member accompanying you! All personal items must be kept on your person including coats and jackets.

You will then be escorted to either the washbasins or the workstation your staff member is working at, these areas and equipment used will be sanitised after every client!Your treatment will then commence and payment will be made at the end, whilst seated at the workstation you have been at!

Once payment has been made you will then be asked to leave the salon!     Thank you for your cooperation!
